Built between 1935 and 1937 this iconic building consists of privately own flats, services flats to rent, a hotel, business units, a restaurant, a spa and swimming pool. We carried enabling and decommission works to all parts of the building at various stages to allow for strip out works and refurbishment of the whole building. This is an ongoing project and will be running for the foreseeable future.

All mechanical and drainage works carried out including 2 ensuite bathrooms, 2 WCs, boot room, shower rooms for swimming pool area including WC and changing rooms. Plant room fitted for heating and water distribution. Under floor heating fitted in barn and kitchen area. Heating to rest of the property via radiators. Gas main repairs carried out and new main installed to supply upgraded plant.
